We haven’t been eating as many vegetables as we usually do.

how many hours of sleep do you get on average?
I probably get about 5 hours of sleep a night
we used to get a lot of sleep
we have new phones which is really exciting
we’ve put it on a mode so that it automatically goes to a warmer temperature
I was a little bit skeptical at first
I think it’s working too

we’re so focused on staying healthy
