Take a Break

In the example I gave, I said the following:

“I’m currently taking a break from filing my taxes.”

This means that I stopped working (filing taxes) to rest for a period of time. Here are two more examples:

  • I’ve just started, I don’t need to take a break yet.”
  • They guy in the picture is taking a break from studying.”
